This year my goal( finally working on it) is to begin my day being more productive and mindful. What does that mean? It means not checking my phone first thing in the morning, all those things in my phone like Instagram, Facebook, etc. that cause stress and anxiety which I totally don’t need so early in my mornings. So instead of reaching for my phone in mornings, I’m trying to begin my day slowing down. I am trying to meditate and workout in morning, which is helping me reduce stress and getting ready to conquer the day.
Recently I’ve implemented reading an inspirational piece of literature into my day and sharing my list of perfect female entrepreneur which will give that extra dose of motivation.
